Helfy is provided for authorized Honesty Electrical employees and approved company users.
Get help
Email david@honestyelectrical.com with your name, HELF login email, project name, and a short description of the problem. Do not email passwords, API keys, payment-card information, or confidential files.
Account removal and data requests
The app does not create public accounts. Company administrators provision access. To request account removal or deletion/correction of eligible personal data, email david@honestyelectrical.com from the address connected to your HELF account. Honesty Electrical will verify the request, remove access, and respond when the request is complete. Financial, safety, project, legal, contractual, Company Vault, or audit records may be retained when required.
Urgent field conditions
Do not use Helfy as the sole safety control. For smoke, fire, arcing, exposed energized parts, or imminent shock/arc-flash concern, stop and secure the work area, de-energize only when safely authorized, and contact the supervisor or qualified person immediately. Helfy does not replace the AHJ, an inspector, engineering judgment, or qualified field verification.
