Cloud Takeoff Builder v0.9.7

Build reusable project folders

Start a job, save every PDF/document inside that job, build loop folders under that project, then let team members log in and pick the project they need.

Select plans or drag a PDF/image onto the viewer.

Backend: Supabase configured - login needed for cloud save/load

Project Library

Pick the job before working folders

Superintendents and foremen can log in, choose a project, and only work the PDFs, documents, and loop folders saved under that job.

Current project: Lee Properties / SFC New Facility
0 loop folder(s) • 0 project document(s)

Project PDFs / documents

These are job-level files: plan sets, power company details, screenshots of email/redline information, permits, approval notes, and anything the crew may need later. Files are stored in IndexedDB locally and uploaded to Supabase Storage when you Save Cloud, so they do not blow up browser localStorage.

No project documents saved yet.

Project money and account context

Folders now save who created them and can carry a manual folder value for pay-app tracking.

NEC Review Notes

  • Code review aid only: verify final installation against the adopted NEC edition, plans, specs, engineer, utility, and AHJ.
  • Electrical condition selected: 3-phase, 480V, verify amperageA, Indoor dry.
  • Verify conductor ampacity, raceway fill, derating, grounding/bonding, supports, accessibility, and labeling before installation.
  • Underground route review: 0.0 route ft, 1 parallel conduit(s), 2.0 ft selected depth, 2 riser/stub-up(s), 4.0 total conduit ft for material/pull-string/labor math.
  • Verify burial cover/depth against adopted NEC table, drawing notes, utility rules, traffic/non-traffic condition, and AHJ before cover-up.
  • Underground raceways are treated as wet locations: verify conductor/raceway insulation, fittings, and stub-up protection are suitable for the selected installation.
  • Verify total bends, pull-point needs, conduit fill, expansion/deflection needs, warning tape, pull string, and cover-up photos before backfill.
  • For utility/transformer/no-connector ends, HELF does not add connectors/lock rings/bushings unless the termination selection explicitly requires them.

OSHA / Safety Notes

  • Safety review aid only: verify OSHA requirements, company policy, JHA, PPE, lockout/tagout, and site-specific safety plan before work.
  • Verify electrical equipment is de-energized unless authorized energized-work procedures are in place.
  • Trenching/excavation review: selected trench depth is 2.0 ft. Foreman must verify field depth, soil/site conditions, access, and whether anyone will enter the trench.
  • Before trench entry: competent-person inspection, safe access/egress, utility locates, spoil/material control, water/hazard review, and protective-system review must be completed.
  • Keep cover-up photos with the folder before backfill: trench path, depth, risers/stub-ups, sweeps, warning tape, caps/stakes, and utility/transformer ends.
